Terms ‘Our’ and ‘We’ is in respect to ‘Design-a-Canvas' of 9 Longden Avenue, Huddersfield, HD4 5JD.‘You’ and ‘Your’ is in respect to you the customer.‘Piece(s)’ and ‘work’ are any products / service carried out by Design-a-Canvas on behalf of you the customer.

ConditionsYou confirm to ‘Design-a-Canvas’ that you own and / or have permission to use the image[s] you send usAll postage and packaging is included in the price for mainland UK and will be sent to the customer via recorded delivery. All work will be packaged securely and safely. You must check your order before you sign for it for missing or damaged goods. Design-a-Canvas can only replace or refund customers who have notified the courier on receipt of the order that there is an issue, and informed us within 24 hours of receiving the work.We aim to get all orders out within ten working days of receiving the image, however if there is a delay due to delivery Design-a-Canvas does not take any responsibility for this.Design-a-Canvas does not except responsibility for images sent by the customers to us being damaged or lost. We recommend that images are sent via recorded delivery so the customer can track the delivery.We regret we only post to the UK‘Design-a-Canvas’ will return any hardcopies to youYou agree to let ‘Design-a-Canvas’ archive your digital images for the purpose of reordering. These images will only be used when you give your express permission.We regret that ‘Design-a-Canvas’ is unable to offer refunds due to being a bespoke service which leaves us unable to sell your work elsewhere. We can cancel an order for you within 1 day of receiving payment for it but you will be charged 5% for thisIf you wish to alter your order please notify us within 2 days of the payment and we will provide this service free of chargeYou accept that an image if or when enlarged may very slightly lose definition and/or variation of colour may occur. We also can not guarantee that the colours you see via your monitor or visual aid will represent the actual colour of your image (we use real colour match printing technology & ultrasharp visual technology for true representation).Any work produced will be open to slight size differencesAny artwork produced when purchasing a 'collage' or 'colour splash' is non refundable.‘Design-a-Canvas’ has the right to refuse any order if believed to be offensive, obscene or breach of copyright.The terms and conditions may be altered without notice and will be posted on this website.For cleaning owners should follow care instructions.Design-a-canvas accepts no responsibility for the use of the cushion after the customer has recieved it
